Pamper yourself by booking an appointment with our professional staff. We will require your name and phone number to book the appointment. Please have this information ready when you contact us.

Canceling or Changing Your Reservation

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide 48 hours’ in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any day of canceling or no show will result in one session deduction or loss of your deposit. Please understand that we are an appointment-based business, therefore there is no exception to our 48-hour cancellation policy. We thank you for your business. We will have to charge you a $50 now show fee and or you may lose your deposit. Thank you.

Minors Require Parental Supervision

Guests must be 18 years of age to schedule a facial or any other body treatment. Children 13 to 17 years old are allowed to schedule a teen facial only with parental consent. For the duration of their child’s treatment, the parent must remain on the premises. if possible. Thank you.

Spa Etiquette

Irene’s Skintopia wants to ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests, so using your spa voices on our premises is highly appreciated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

What to Do When You Arrive

First-time visitors should arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled treatment to fill out an intake form.

*We also recommend to not wear makeup before the appointment if possible. In some cases, we may ask you to wash your face in our facility in order to properly analyze your skin and start on time.

*Leaving valuables like jewelry and electronics at home is highly suggested. We assume no liability for lost or misplaced articles.

Relax and Enjoy

To receive the full benefits of your scheduled treatment we ask you to turn off your cell phones while receiving your treatment. To respect your privacy and comfort, we will only require undraping at the isolated place where your treatment provider is working. We will provide you with a gown before your session.

Saturdays are fully booked until October 25th. We require a deposit of $50 to hold the appointment for first time clients and we accept Venmo 213-703-7037 or Zelle.

Last minute requests require a call to

We accept email bookings on our website; however, we will confirm the appointment via text or call and ask for a deposit.

Packages expire 1 year from date of purchase.

We understand that people have last minute things come up and they may not able to come to their appointment however, we do require 48 hrs notice in order to reschedule and if not notified you will lose your deposit or we may deduct a session from your package. This is our policy and please understand that there are NO REFUNDS for any payment including bookings and deposits or payments for the balance of the service and will not hold Irene’s Skintopia Medpsa responsible for any chargebacks.

Closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 3pm and Christmas Day.
