Booking policies

A few things to know before your visit.

Reserving your spot

A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment — have it ready when you call.

Cancellations

We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Because a reservation means we turn other clients away, late cancellations or no-shows result in a $50 fee or the loss of a session/deposit — no exceptions.

Age requirements

Guests must be 18+ for facials or body treatments. Ages 13–17 may book a teen facial with parental consent, and a parent should stay on-site for the duration.

During your treatment

Please silence your phone once your session starts. For your comfort, we only undrape the area actively being treated, and you'll be given a gown to wear.

Packages

Packages are valid for 1 year from purchase. All package sales are final — no refunds, substitutions, exchanges, or sharing between clients.

We keep the space calm for everyone — please use your spa voice. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
